I'm a newer agent with Century 21 Infinity however I began independent real-estate investment in Las Vegas in 1998. At that time I also operated a successful trade show exhibit design & fabrication business, EMS USA, based in Los Angeles. I was in Las Vegas often on business and purchased a 2nd home here. During the next few years I purchased 2 more small, single family homes for rental purposes & finally in 2000 I moved to Las Vegas full time. I began to spend more time focused on real-estate, as the market gained momentum, less on the exhibit industry. Finally selling my small business at the end of 2004 to pursue real-estate full time. As the former owner of a fabrication facility time & material jobs were 2nd nature to me so I focused first on acquiring single family homes in need of renovation. Starting with smaller homes eventually I moved into the luxury home market. In 2005 I refocused my efforts on small, high quality multifamily property. I acquired multifamily income properties for myself and was often called to secure properties for real-estate investors I know. After facilitating many transactions over a period of two years I made the decision to obtain my REALTORS license.

I joined Century 21 Infinity because they're an investor driven real-estate brokerage. Our team creates alliances with developers nationwide with the goal of building positive cash flow investment communities. We find areas with strong basic fundamentals; Population & job growth, affordable land & building costs, quality developers & property management, and a strong rental market. We do the research for you. W e've successfully completed projects in North Carolina, Florida & Mississippi. The majority of our REALTORS are independent investors.
